Had a great little find when out in Carnaby street and, amongst the many handouts, I stumbled upon one from Lacoste L!VE and VNA Magazine (Very Nearly Almost) all about street art! Check out my faves Eelus(above) and Inkie(below).

Saatchi Funtimes
I love the Saatchi Gallery!! Had a cheeky little trip there over the weekend for some much needed art therapy!
In the current exhibition NEWSPEAK: BRITISH ART NOW PART II the piece that stuck out was the wondrous world crafted by Tessa Farmer in her piece Swarm. We are welcomed into a world of dark, scary fairies at war with the insects. These tiny skeletal sculptures are so detailed its hard not to imagine them real! Who needs Tinkerbell eh!!
Richard Wilson's 20:50 (above) has been a stable Saatchi piece as the gallery has moved from location to location. A stunning piece where the viewer is invited to walk into the heart of room only to find yourself literally surrounded by the reflective plane of oil. The piece takes on a completely different feel in each of the spaces it finds itself in but retains its beauty and a strange calmness in all, the current is not my favourite space to see it but still stunning and worth a visit! (I ve just been spoilt by seeing the others I think!)

Boom!!
Love, love, love this poster design by BoomArtwork! The artist is Eric Van Den Boom and he works on illustrations and graphic design under BoomArtwork. After visiting the Bridget Riley exhibit last week i love the way the two artists use the same elements to produce such striking visual pieces!

Resist or Not to Resist Temptation?
Now...there is only 24 shopping days left till Christmas and my bank account is as usual on the wrong side of £0 but.......sitting in my emails this week was a little message from a Mr Ben Allen letting me know hes kindly selling his gorgeous prints with 15% off! It seems rude not to take him up on his kind offer...especially as I still think his print Wonderland would look lovely in my bedroom..or then again Pink Blue Heaven (above) could look nice too!!! What should I do...decisions, decisions eh!

Love Potion....Lucky for some. I may not have been swept off my feet at the last Love Potion but I did manage to take home something lovely! (and no before you ask it wasnt my typical choice of trouble!!)
I was oh so lucky to win this little lovely...an AP print of The Chapman Brothers "Another Nice Etching".
Needless to say I was one happy little bunny!
